Kitchen is crisp and clean with new cabinets and appliances. Cable and DVD for entertainment are included. Higher rates apply during special events. A family vacation rental. No singles under 25 unless accompanied by a parent. For your health and comfort, no pets or smoking allowed.

Off Season Rates $1250 a week (January - May and August - December)
Monthly Rate $2500

$250 upgrade for holiday weeks/special events
(Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, TPC, Easter, July 4th, Daytona 500, etc.)
